Compliance & Brand Safety

How Bridge ROI operates — explicitly.

Bridge ROI is a paid-search affiliate publisher. Brand safety and program compliance aren't add-ons — they shape every campaign decision before launch. This page documents how, in the specific language network compliance teams and advertiser approval reviewers ask about.

Policy 01

Traffic source

Bridge ROI's traffic comes exclusively from paid search on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. We do not operate or buy traffic from:

  • Content sites, blog networks, or owned-and-operated publisher properties (other than bridgeroi.com itself, which is a credential site, not a traffic source)
  • Browser toolbars, extensions, or adware-style placement
  • Email lists or co-registration partners
  • Display, programmatic, or social paid media for affiliate traffic
  • Pop-unders, pop-ups, or interstitial redirects
  • Incentivized clicks, coupon walls, loyalty traffic, or cashback aggregators

Geographic targeting follows each program's permitted geos. Primary market is the United States, with multi-geo coverage on programs that explicitly permit it (typically travel and select DTC). We do not route traffic through VPNs, proxies, or international redirect chains to evade program geo restrictions.

Policy 02

Trademark bidding

Bridge ROI does not bid on advertiser trademarks. This applies to:

  • The brand name as a keyword
  • The brand name as part of the visible URL or ad copy headline
  • Misspellings of the brand name
  • The brand name combined with a competitor's name

Brand+ (brand keyword combined with a modifier, e.g., "[brand] coupon" or "[brand] reviews") is permitted only when the advertiser's program terms explicitly allow it. When program terms are silent on Brand+, we treat it as prohibited.

Trademark policy is enforced at the bidding layer through negative keyword lists, not just policy — meaning the campaign cannot serve on a trademark query even by accident.

Policy 03

Direct linking

Bridge ROI operates a direct-link model: paid search ads route through the affiliate network's tracking link to the advertiser's landing page, with no intermediary content site, doorway page, or interstitial.

Direct linking is used only when the program's terms permit it. When a program restricts direct linking to a landing-page model, we build a compliant, advertiser-approved landing page — or we pass on the program.

Policy 04

Prohibited practices

The following are never used in any Bridge ROI campaign, on any program:

  • Trademark bidding (see above)
  • Coupon, deal, loyalty, cashback, or incentive-traffic models
  • Toolbars, browser extensions, or adware-style placement
  • Pop-unders, pop-ups, or interstitial redirects
  • Email list traffic
  • Co-registration ("sign up here and we'll register you for X")
  • Click fraud, bot traffic, or artificial engagement signals
  • Traffic from sources whose origin we cannot verify
Policy 05

FTC disclosure

Any content placement on bridgeroi.com or in future partner-content channels includes clear "as an affiliate, Bridge ROI may earn commission from qualifying purchases" disclosure language, in line with the FTC Endorsement Guides. Disclosure appears at the top of the content, not buried at the bottom.

The site's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, linked in the footer, document the broader disclosure framework.

Policy 06

Data handling

  • Bridge ROI does not collect, store, or sell consumer personal data through its advertising operations.
  • All traffic routes through advertiser and network tracking systems; we do not maintain an independent consumer database.
  • Conversion data is aggregate only — campaign, source, transaction value. Never personally identifiable information.
  • Server-side conversion tracking, where supported by the program, is implemented for measurement accuracy, not data capture.
Policy 07

Domain transparency

  • bridgeroi.com is the sole operating domain for Bridge ROI LLC.
  • No subdomains, redirects, or alternate-brand sites operate under this entity.
  • The company is registered as Bridge ROI LLC, a Florida limited liability company, with a US business address and US-issued EIN on file.
Policy 08
