How We Work
Bridge ROI operates as a focused, founder-led business. Every campaign is built and managed with direct accountability and tight feedback loops between creative, media buying, and conversion data. That structure produces speed, lower overhead, and decisions made closer to the data.
We use the same instrumentation and tracking discipline as larger performance teams — UTM hygiene, server-side conversion tracking where available, multi-touch attribution awareness — without the layers that slow them down.

The Bridge ROI Operating Model
Three things shape every Bridge ROI engagement:
Traffic source transparency. All traffic comes from paid search on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. We do not operate content sites, run paid social, buy display, work with email lists, or source traffic through co-registration or toolbars. Compliance discipline. No trademark bidding on any program. Brand+ only where program terms explicitly permit it. No coupon, loyalty, cashback, or incentive-traffic models. Negative keyword lists enforce these rules at the bidding layer, not just in policy.
Measurement honesty. Conversion tracking is server-side where supported, with network postback validation before any spend is committed. Attribution windows are reviewed against the advertiser's primary attribution model before campaigns scale. When attribution is ambiguous, we flag it.

Bridge ROI was founded by Vera Kolesnik to operate paid search and affiliate marketing the way she had always wanted them done — with measurement honesty, brand discipline, and direct accountability between media buying and revenue.
Vera brings 20 years of marketing and product development leadership, including a prior Marketing leadership role driving growth for Fortune 500 brands like Walmart, Macy's, and Bed Bath & Beyond, and smaller businesses like 1Concier. Google Ads has been a core discipline across her career — she has planned, launched, and scaled paid search programs across retail, ecommerce, and direct-to-consumer categories at every budget level.
